The Supplier Code of Conduct describes the standard of business ethics applicable to all suppliers in their relationship with Eldor.

Expectations for Our Suppliers
- Adherence to all applicable data privacy laws and regulations, implementation of security measures to safeguard personal and sensitive data, and compliance with contractual requirements regarding information confidentiality.
- Maintenance of a sero-tolerance policy towards all forms of corruption, modern slavery, and child labor.
- Sharing our commitment to responsible business practices and sustainable development, including adherence to strict ethical standards, legal requirements, protection of human rights and working conditions, environmental responsibility, and privacy and confidentiality.
In line with our commitment to human rights, we expect all suppliers and business partners to align with the following principles:
- Labor Rights: Uphold the rights of employees, including the freedom of association, the right to collective bargaining, and the elimination of forced labor and child labor.
- Non-Discrimination: Avoid engaging in any form of discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
- Safe and Fair Working Conditions: Provide a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring adequate safety measures, reasonable working hours, and fair wages.
- Respect for Local Communities: Respect the cultures, traditions, and rights of local communities, including indigenous peoples and marginalised groups.
- Environmental Responsibility: Minimise environmental impact, including reducing pollution, conserving resources, and promoting sustainable practices.
Suppliers are obligated to
- Promptly report any alleged or observed breaches of the SCoC within their business activities related to Eldor.
- Take swift corrective actions at no cost to Eldor if breaches occur.
- Submit relevant information and documentation upon request, including details on sub-suppliers, supply chain risks, and employment conditions.
